My lovely tech-geek husband sent me this link more out of interest for our own site but then it dawned on me that it would be great to share with all of you, especially if you are a mommy blogger or if you are interested in starting up your own blog.
Chris shares some great ideas on building blog traffic and community discussion. As Mommys Who Blog is a new endeavour, I am always looking for tips and tricks on increasing site traffic and community participation.
So, I ask you lovely readers, what type of blog posts engage you as a reader? And if you are a blogger what type of posts gather the most attention wether it be traffic or comments?

I blog and the stuff that grabs the most attention for me is local content- it spreads by word of mouth and also by email really quickly. I have a couple of blogs and the one that is not local content is a lot harder to drive traffic to. I tend to get comments on my posts with the local items I reviews because people know them- and if people know them, they have an opinion.
